  • Office Management: All logistics, staffing, and administrative decisions are managed by the company

  • Record Keeping: All legal case data is digitized and audited monthly

  • Client Ownership: Clients introduced by the company remain affiliated with the firm

  • Branding & Media: All promotional activities are conducted under the name “Citizen Law Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.”

  • Legal Aid Services: Monthly visits are conducted for free legal aid in jails or underprivileged areas

COLLABORATION TERMS FOR PARTNER ADVOCATES

Advocates partnering with Citizen Law Solutions are required to:

  • Represent clients professionally in designated courts

  • Not engage in competing legal practice within a 10 km radius of the main office during and six months post-agreement

  • Maintain full transparency in financial transactions related to clients

  • Abide by the firm’s administrative and ethical standards

  • Share case revenue as per agreed terms

  • All materials, data, and content developed under this partnership remain property of Citizen Law Solutions

  • The company reserves rights to audit and terminate any partnership in case of material breach with 30 days’ notice

  • Business expansion and joint venture decisions are exclusively made by the company
